Welcome to the Parent Memo for Term 4 Week 8

A reminder that our annual Carols by Candlelight and Thanksgiving BBQ evening will be held on Monday 9 December from 6.00pm on the lawns out the front of the school.

Sausages in bread will be available to purchase for $2.00 as well as a limited number of of ice creams, drinks and show bags left over from our school fete.

It is expected that all students and their families attend our carols evening, as each grade level will perform. All students have been practising in music lessons. There might even be a special visit from Santa!

Please send in Christmas hamper items, food items or special gifts to make Christmas a bit brighter for a local family in need. 

Each class has a box for donations.

Suggested items are:

Kindergarten – Candy canes or bon bons

Year 1 – Shortbread biscuits or packet jelly

Year 2 – Tinned corn, beetroot or pineapple

Year 3 – Savoury biscuits

Year 4 – Chips, Cheezels, Pringles, corn chips

Year 5 – Tinned fruit

Year 6 – Sweet biscuits or long life custard

Please send an item or two in to school this week and next week until Wednesday 11December.

The Kindergarten students and teachers will be presenting a Christmas nativity celebration next Friday 13 December at 11.30am in the school hall.

Everyone is welcome to come along and join us for this celebration.

Term 4 Fees

Thank you to those families who have settled their school fee accounts by the due date of 29 November.  If you have not yet paid your Term 4 school fee account, please do so as soon as possible as they are now overdue.

If you require a copy of your Term 4 school fee statement, please send me an email to susan.rowell@cg.catholic.edu.au and I will send one through.

Please contact me if you are experiencing difficulty paying your fees so that alternative arrangements may be made.  I am in the office from Tuesday to Friday each week.

2020 Fees

Information about 2020 fees including a fee calculation sheet was sent home to all families this week.  Please take the time to read this information.  All direct debits will continue over the holidays (unless alternative arrangements have been made) and fee instalments for 2020 can be re-calculated early next year when school resumes.  Alternatively if you would like to adjust your fee instalments prior to the end of Term 4, please send me an email and I'll get back to you with the new calculations.
