Welcome to the Parent Memo for Term 4 Week 8
The Community Council met this week to discuss and approve the 2021 school fees.
Catholic Education have advised of the 2021 Tution Fees and Building Fund contribution, which will both increase next year.
School levy increases have been kept to a minimum for 2021. The Grounds Maintenance levy and the Cleaning levy will both increase by $5.00 per family per term next year.
Please see the attached information sheet outlining the 2021 school fees, as well as a calculation sheet to assist with calculation of regular instalment amounts.

A sibling discount of 20% will apply to the CEO Tuition Fee for the eldest child attending an ACT systemic primary school where they have an older sibling in a systemic secondary school.
In preparation for the 2021 school year, we ask all families to complete the attached form detailing how many students you will have enrolled in systemic secondary and primary schools in 2021.
This information is essential for our accounting system to function correctly. Please complete the form and return to the front office by Friday 11 December 2020.

A big THANK YOU and round of applause to those who came and helped in the canteen on Hot Dog Day for the Colour Run - awesome team work!
Next week Thursday 10 December and Friday 11 December will be the last days the canteen operates for 2020. There will be a reduced menu next week as stock is run down for the year.
A reminder that the canteen is closed tomorrow Friday 4 December.

Thank you for all the wonderful donations for the St Vincent de Paul Christmas Appeal.
This is a final reminder that we will be accepting donations up until next Tuesday 8 December.

We’ve had a lot of enquiries about more people being allowed in the churches, which is particularly prevalent given graduations etc. However, as the 4sq mtr rule remains, we are still only able to accommodate 120 in HFC (100 in church and 20 in foyer) and 30 in SHC.
For this reason, we are celebrating 7 Masses at Christmas, including 4 outdoor where we can have 500 people.
Hopefully this will help in your discussions with families about end of year gatherings.
