Welcome to the Parent Memo for Term 2 Week 2.

St Francis of Assisi Primary School is now enrolling for 2022.  Our 2021 open days are coming up as follows:

Monday 3 May

9.00-11.00am and 4.00-6.00pm

Thursday 27 May

9.00-11.00am and 4.00-6.00pm

Please spread the word and let your family and friends know that we are taking enrolments for next year.  Existing families wishing to enrol a new student for Kindergarten next year - please go to our website and follow the links to complete an online enrolment for your child.  Enrolment interviews will be scheduled following the receipt of your completed enrolment.

Please call the front office on 6292 4500 with any enrolment enquiries.

A reminder that our Cross Country Carnival is being held on Tuesday 4 May at the Calwell Playing Fields.

Thank you to those parents who have volunteered to assist - we will be in touch shortly with your allocated job for the day.

Don't forget to place your order for the sausage sizzle through QKR! by 9.00am tomorrow morning.

A reminder that orders are now open on QKR! for the Cross Country Sausage Sizzle on Tuesday 4 May.

Orders will close at 9.00am this Friday 30 April - please order now to avoid disappointment as late orders cannot be accepted.

If you are able to help cook at the BBQ on Tuesday, please get in touch!

Term 2 fee statements were issued to all families last week.  If you have any queries in relation to your school fee statement, please give me a call in the office or email susan.rowell@cg.catholic.edu.au and I will get back to you as soon as possible.  If you need a new copy of your fee statement emailed through, or an update to your email address for the fee statement, please let me know.

A reminder that camp fees for students in Year 5 and Year 6 are to be finalised as soon as possible through QKR!  Please get in touch if you would like to check the amount owing.

Sharman Hampson from Catholic Care is our school counsellor.  Sharman works at St Francis of Assisi Primary School from 8.30am - 4.30pm every Wednesday and Thursday, as well as Fridays on odd weeks.

The latest Scholastic Book Club catalogue has been sent home with students this week.

Orders are due Monday 10 May 2021.  Online ordering is preferred but cash will be accepted at the front office.
